Mr Eazi and Temi Otedola baby is already making major waves online before arrival, thanks to a surprising update from the expectant parents. In a viral social media video, the Afrobeats star and his fashion-icon wife revealed that they currently have a team of nine different doctors on standby as they prepare for the birth of their first child.
The celebrity couple explained that the massive medical team is a result of their jet-setting lifestyle, as they are still completely undecided on which country their baby will eventually be born in.
Because their work and personal lives take them all over the world, keeping their healthcare options open across different borders became a top priority. Explaining the unique situation in the video, Mr Eazi said:
“Why exactly do we see nine doctors? Nine doctors because to give you options to sort of like see not just that because we didn’t know where we were gonna be. Fine, which country? Yeah, we didn’t know which country we were gonna be like decide to. I wanted Japan because I wanted Japan.”
Mr Eazi’s heavy preference for a delivery in Japan has led to a hilarious, light-hearted back-and-forth between the two. The singer confessed that he has already started looking up Japanese-inspired names for the child.
However, Temi immediately and jokingly dismissed the idea during the exchange, saying: “By the way, he’s also been looking at Japanese names and I’m like no, absolutely not.”
This exciting journey into parenthood marks the latest milestone for the couple, who officially tied the knot in a private, beautiful ceremony in Iceland in August 2025.
While fans online continue to react with a mix of amusement and awe at their massive 9-doctor care team, the couple is clearly enjoying the process and taking their global preparations in stride.
