Real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, has announced plans to pay the school fees of selected students to celebrate the 13th birthday of his son, Ice King.
He made the announcement during a TikTok livestream on Monday, days after presenting TikTok star Habeeb Hamzat (Peller) and his wife, Elizabeth Amadou (Jarvis), with a ₦400 million mansion as a wedding gift.
Ochacho described the luxury property as a small gesture, insisting it was insignificant compared to his family’s wealth.
> “₦400 million is no money. ₦400 million is just ₦400 as far as Ice King, Money Man and Ochacho Real Estate are concerned,” he said.
Explaining the gift, Ochacho praised Peller’s character, saying the content creator has a generous heart and that giving to others always attracts greater blessings.
He also hinted that the Abuja mansion would not be his last gift to Peller, promising an even bigger surprise in the future.
As part of his son’s birthday celebration, Ochacho said students with genuine school fee accounts would be considered for financial assistance, with payments made directly to their schools.
According to him, beneficiaries will be selected from across Nigeria, and the fees will be settled on Ice King’s birthday later this week.
> “We are fully ready, loaded to deliver. In short, we are hungry to deliver,” he said.
The ₦400 million mansion was officially presented during Peller and Jarvis’ wedding in Lagos, fulfilling a promise Ochacho made months earlier at the wedding of socialite Soso Soberekon.
The star-studded ceremony attracted celebrities, content creators and entertainers, including Iyabo Ojo, Eniola Badmus, Zinoleesky, Cute Abiola, Juma Jux and several other social media personalities.
The school fees initiative adds to Ochacho’s growing record of philanthropic gestures, with many now watching to see how many students will benefit from the programme.
