Pastor Paul Enenche Bishop Abioye birthday tribute goes viral and here are few things capture the Nigerian Christian community’s attention quite like a public show of love between respected men of God and that is exactly what happened on March 11, 2026, when Pastor Paul Enenche publicly honoured Bishop David Abioye on his 65th birthday, sparking warm reactions across social media.

Pastor Paul Enenche Bishop Abioye Birthday Tribute Goes Viral

The Dunamis International Gospel Centre founder took to his Instagram page on Wednesday evening to mark the milestone birthday of Bishop David O. Abioye, one of Nigeria’s most quietly influential clergymen. Enenche’s tribute was straightforward but loaded with sincerity he celebrated Abioye as a man whose entire life has been a living testimony of commitment to God’s work.

In his words, he called the Bishop “God’s vessel” and described the day as a celebration of a life poured into gospel service. He specifically asked God to continue strengthening Abioye, saying his influence and work remained deeply appreciated. Alongside the message, Enenche posted a specially designed birthday graphic in the Bishop’s honour a small but deliberate gesture that has become his signature when honouring senior clergymen.

Who Exactly Is Bishop David Abioye at 65?

For Nigerians who grew up in or around Winners Chapel, Bishop David Olatunji Abioye needs no introduction. He spent decades as a key pillar of the Living Faith Church Worldwide under Bishop David Oyedepo, building a reputation as a teacher of uncommon depth, a shepherd of rare patience, and an administrator of quiet but firm excellence.

His exit from Winners Chapel came on October 18, 2024, when the church’s administrative policy known as The Mandate triggered his retirement from active pastoral duty. Rather than step back from ministry entirely, Abioye pivoted. He founded the Living Word Conquerors Global Assembly and, just ten days before his 65th birthday, dedicated his permanent worship facility the Conquerors Arena on March 1, 2026.

At 65, the man is not resting. He is rebuilding.

The History Between Enenche and Abioye

This is not the first time Dr. Paul Enenche has honoured Bishop Abioye publicly. When the Bishop turned 61 in 2022, Enenche famously described him as one of God’s finest servants alive and prayed that sorrow would never find a place in his life. When Abioye’s valedictory service was held at Winners Chapel Abuja following his retirement, Enenche was physically present and a photograph of him visibly emotional at the event circulated widely online, saying more than words ever could.

Their bond is not one of institutional affiliation but of mutual spiritual respect. Both men share the same spiritual covering under Bishop David Oyedepo, and both carry reputations for depth, discipline, and genuine devotion — qualities that have naturally drawn them to celebrate each other across the years.

Others Who Joined the Celebration

The birthday tributes did not stop with Enenche. Bishop Thomas Aremu who retired alongside Abioye from Winners Chapel in October 2024 and now also leads his own independent assembly wrote a deeply personal tribute on Facebook, describing Abioye as someone whose dedication, humility, and unquenched passion for the gospel had been a constant source of inspiration.

A Nigerian businesswoman and entrepreneur who identifies as Wendy Ologe also went viral after listing four specific lessons she had drawn from Abioye’s life and ministry, tagging him as a man whose existence itself had become a message. Her post was widely shared and drew hundreds of comments from believers across Nigeria.

Prominent businessman Ken Giami also weighed in, describing the Bishop as his spiritual father and someone who had modelled godly character through leadership built on conviction, truth, and discipline not noise.

Why This Birthday Matters

Sixty-five is not just a number for Bishop David Abioye it is a statement. He arrives at this milestone having served faithfully under one of Africa’s largest church organisations, exiting with his reputation intact and his fire undiminished. He starts this new chapter not in retreat, but with a functioning church, a dedicated building, and a global community of people who remain connected to his voice.

And when a pastor of Paul Enenche’s standing stops to publicly say “your life and work are appreciated” it lands differently. Because people know Enenche does not do performative religion.
